Dr. Knox is a Performance Chiropractic Specialist with emphasis on nutrition and exercise.He has been in private practice in Costa Mesa since 1985. Since 1997, Dr. Knox has performed the introductory athlete diagnostic evaluation for OC Fast-Twitch. Dr. Knox developed all of OC Fast-Twitch's current training programs. He has worked with athletes from the elementary through world champion levels, in virtually every sport. Tommy was a collegiate wrestler from 79-81. In 1991, at the age of 31, he was a semi-finalist in the American Gladiators. In 1999 he was the Battle Dome Champion at the age of 40.
